Watch first

This isn’t
a retreat.

It isn’t a conference and it isn’t a feel-good weekend. It’s three days in one house with men who are done staying the same. Watch this before you apply: what the weekend is, and why it’s built the way it is.

  1. I want to ask you something, brother.

  2. And I need you to be completely honest.

  3. Not with me, but with yourself.

  4. When was the last time that you actually felt like a man?

  5. I’m not talking about the version of you that just gets through the day and goes to bed.

  6. Not the guy managing life from the couch, the phone, the same patterns that he’s been stuck in for years.

  7. Not the man who shows up to church on Sunday, shakes some hands, sings some songs, and feels absolutely nothing.

  8. I’m talking about the man who leads, who is fully awake, who walks into his home and his family feels his presence spiritually.

  9. The man who knows who he is, what he’s called to, and is actually leading.

  10. When was the last time that was you?

  11. Because if you’re honest, and I mean really honest, there’s a gap between who you are right now and who you know you’re supposed to be.

  12. And that gap isn’t just frustrating, it’s heavy, it’s exhausting, and it’s been there longer than you want to admit.

  13. You’ve been carrying it quietly, telling yourself that you’ll just figure it out, that things will shift,

  14. that when the timing is right, when life slows down, when you feel ready, then you’ll deal with it.

  15. And yet here we are, and it hasn’t shifted, and deep down, you know why.

  16. It’s not because you’re not smart enough, brother.

  17. It’s not because God has given up on you, and it’s not because you’re too far gone.

  18. It’s because no one has ever actually built you.

  19. Here’s what I’ve been seeing in a lot of men right now.

  20. Passivity, comfort, the slow, quiet death of just settling.

  21. Men who were built to lead, leading nothing.

  22. Men who were designed for war, watching from the sideline.

  23. Men who go to church every Sunday and yet couldn’t tell you the last time they actually felt the presence of God.

  24. And underneath all of it, stuff they haven’t told anybody.

  25. Habits they keep going back to.

  26. Patterns they can’t seem to break.

  27. A secret life that contradicts the public one.

  28. Porn.

  29. Numbing out.

  30. Scrolling at midnight.

  31. A marriage that’s more roommate than covenant.

  32. And kids who are watching their father numb out and procrastinate.

  33. You know what I’m talking about.

  34. Because you feel it.

  35. You both know there’s a hunger inside of you that that Sunday morning service just isn’t satisfying.

  36. There’s a restlessness that no amount of staying busy is going to quiet.

  37. And you’ve been trying to silence it with work, with entertainment, with anything that keeps you from having to sit in the silence and face what’s actually there.

  38. The hunger is not a problem.

  39. That hunger is a signal.

  40. It’s God telling you that the version of you that’s been sitting on the sideline passive, comfortable, spiritually hollow and physically soft.

  41. That version was never supposed to be your story, brother.

  42. And here’s the hard truth that nobody wants to say out loud.

  43. Nobody wants to actually speak this out loud.

  44. Those patterns don’t break themselves.

  45. You don’t accidentally just renew your mind one day and you don’t just stumble into discipline.

  46. It doesn’t just come out of thin air.

  47. You don’t wake up one morning and suddenly just have the clarity, the identity, the brotherhood and the fire that transforms a man’s life.

  48. That requires something intentional, something that forces you out of the comfortable and into the crucible, something that doesn’t let you leave until you’ve actually dealt with what’s been holding you back.

  49. That is what the firebrand intensive is.

  50. Let me be clear about what this is and what it is not.

  51. This is not a conference, brother.

  52. This is not a feel good weekend with a worship band and a motivational talk where you go home the same man that you arrived as.

  53. This is not the soft watered down Christianity that has produced a generation of passive men who know the right words but carry none of the weight, no power.

  54. This is an intensive.

  55. It’s not meant to be easy.

  56. You don’t get sharpened by comfort and soft talk.

  57. We gather a limited number of men, intentionally limited, for a full weekend, not for entertainment, not for comfort, for one purpose, to break off the old and build the new.

  58. Go after the flesh first because a man who can’t discipline his flesh will not discipline any area of his life.

  59. We start before sunrise, we fast, we go into cold water, not because suffering is the point, but because comfort has made you weak.

  60. Because every man in the intensive needs to prove to himself that his body is a tool and not his master.

  61. What God builds, he often builds through extreme difficulty.

  62. And we go after your identity.

  63. Because until you know who you actually are, not who your failures have told you that you are, not who the world shaped you to be, but who God says you are, nothing else changes.

  64. You will keep defaulting to the old man no matter how hard you try.

  65. So we go after the root, the lies you believe, the false identities you’ve been performing, and we replace them with truth, God’s truth.

  66. So we go after your mind.

  67. The Bible says, be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

  68. We take that very seriously.

  69. Not as a Sunday morning platitude, as a war.

  70. The thought patterns that have kept you stuck, the loops that drain your energy and kill your momentum.

  71. We confront them directly.

  72. We give you the tools to rewire them.

  73. Because you cannot build a new life on an old mind.

  74. You go after your habits.

  75. Identity without discipline is just inspiration that fades in the parking lot.

  76. Look at your actual daily life.

  77. We examine what you’re doing, what you’re not doing, what keeps pulling you back toward the old version of yourself.

  78. And we build new patterns rooted in purpose, in faith, in the kind of discipline that sticks because it’s connected to something eternal.

  79. And through all of it, you will be doing this alongside other men who are in the same fire.

  80. Not men performing for one another, not men who have it all figured out.

  81. Men who are hungry, men who are honest, men willing to go deep, to be challenged and to be broken and rebuilt.

  82. Men who will pray for you like they mean it.

  83. Men who will look you in the eye and tell you the truth.

  84. Men who will hold you accountable, not because it’s a program, but because they’ve been through the fire with you.

  85. That brotherhood is not something you find at a casual men’s breakfast where men attend and get softened.

  86. It is forged and it is forged in intensity.

  87. Here’s what I know about you, the man that is watching this.

  88. There’s a part of you that has been waiting for something like this.

  89. A part of you that has been screaming for movement, for something real.

  90. For something to finally say what everyone else is afraid to say.

  91. And you’ve been silencing it with excuses.

  92. The timing isn’t right.

  93. I’ll deal with it when life settles down, when I get a moment.

  94. I can figure this out on my own, right?

  95. I’m not sure I’m ready right now.

  96. Let me tell you something about readiness, my brother.

  97. You do not wait to feel ready.

  98. You get ready by taking action.

  99. Confidence is not a prerequisite.

  100. It is a result.

  101. Every man who has walked out of a firebrand intensive, transformed, did not walk in feeling ready.

  102. He walked in willing.

  103. Willing to be challenged, willing to be uncomfortable, willing to face what’s actually in him, willing to do the work.

  104. And that willingness changed everything.

  105. So the longer you wait, the heavier it gets.

  106. The fear grows.

  107. The self-doubt compounds.

  108. The gap between who you are and who you know you’re supposed to be just gets wider.

  109. And the men in your life, your wife, your kids, the people who are waiting on you to actually show up, they just keep waiting.

  110. Your wife is not waiting on the circumstances to be perfect, brother.

  111. Your kids are not waiting for a better version of the economy.

  112. They’re waiting on you.

  113. The man you were built to be.

  114. That man does not need more time.

  115. He needs a decision, not a wish, not a hope, not a vague intention you’ll get to eventually.

  116. A decision made with absolute certainty that you are done tolerating a version of yourself that is less than what God made you to be.

  117. Firebrand intensive is not for everyone.

  118. Some men break under the weight of fear.

  119. This is not for the man who is curious.

  120. And this is not for the man who just wants a weekend retreat.

  121. This is not for the man who wants to feel inspired for 48 hours and then just go back to the same old life.

  122. It’s for the man who is done.

  123. Done with the same patterns.

  124. Done with the passivity.

  125. Done with the secret sins.

  126. Done with the gap between who he is and who he was called to be.

  127. Done.

  128. Going through the motions in his faith, his marriage, his fatherhood.

  129. Done with all of it.

  130. To keep the intensive small on purpose because transformation doesn’t happen in a crowd.

  131. It happens when men are locked in together.

  132. Committed, focused, honest and willing to go all the way in.

  133. So if that’s you, I want you to apply.

  134. Applying costs you nothing. Spots are limited.

  135. Every application is reviewed and not everyone is accepted.

  136. We’re not looking for men who are just interested.

  137. We are looking for men who are ready to be activated.

  138. Ready to stop making excuses for complacency and comfort.

  139. Ready to step out of that.

  140. If that’s you, click the button below.

  141. Fill out the application.

  142. Tell us who you are and what you’re truly hungry for.

  143. And then prepare to show up ready.

  144. Open heart.

  145. Willing spirit.

  146. And zero excuses.

  147. Because on the other side of this weekend is a version of you that you have never met.

  148. A man who knows who he is.

  149. A man who has looked at what’s been holding him back and walked through it anyway.

  150. A man who has fasted and frozen and prayed and been broken and rebuilt.

  151. A man who leads his home.

  152. A man who carries his faith like it costs him something.

  153. A man whose kids will one day point to and say, that’s who I want to be.

  154. That man is not a dream, brother.

  155. He is who you were always meant to be.

  156. The only question is whether you’re willing to go get him.

  157. Apply now.

  158. I’ll see you at the intensive.

Is this for you?

This is
for you if…

Read it honestly. If none of this is you, this weekend isn’t either.

  • You feel stuck, like you’re spinning your wheels but going nowhere.
  • You want more out of life but don’t know how to get there.
  • You’re hungry for something real, but your local church isn’t feeding you.
  • You’re tired of being average and watching other men rise while you stay the same.
  • You know God has more for you, but you haven’t encountered it yet.
  • You’re done staying the same. You’re ready for something to change.

Five things

What it
goes after.

The weekend is built around what keeps men stuck, in this order.

  1. 01The fleshPractices begin before sunrise and include fasting and cold-water immersion. Not because suffering is the point: a man who can’t discipline his flesh won’t discipline any area of his life.
  2. 02IdentityThe lies, false identities and failures that have defined you get confronted and replaced with who God says you are.
  3. 03The mindRomans 12:2, treated as a war, not a platitude. Stuck thought patterns get named, with tools to rewire them.
  4. 04HabitsYour actual daily life gets examined, and new patterns get built on purpose and faith, so the discipline sticks.
  5. 05BrotherhoodYou do the work alongside other hungry, honest men in the same fire, who pray, tell the truth and hold each other accountable.

The three days

Friday night
to Sunday.

What happens on each day of the Firebrand Intensive, and what every man leaves with.

  1. Day 1 · Friday evening

Confront the man in the mirror

    Led by Justin Dewing

Day 1 is the foundation. Before anything can be built, the ground has to be cleared. Old mindsets get named. Old identities get exposed. The stories you’ve been telling yourself about who you are, what you deserve and why you’re stuck get stripped away.

    What the day is for

    • The confrontation
    • A broken agreement with average
    • The old man named
    • A foundation worth building on
  2. Day 2 · Saturday

Unbury, cleanse and be set free

Led by Justin Dewing · Elijah Fishbaugh

Day 2 goes deep. What was confronted on Friday night gets dealt with on Saturday. Identity gets reinforced, and the power of God moves through the room. Expect deliverance. Expect healing. You’re also trained in spiritual warfare: the battle you’re in, the authority you carry, and how to walk in consistent victory.

    What the day is for

    • Identity locked in
    • Deliverance and healing
    • Equipped for spiritual warfare
    • The old man buried
  3. Day 3 · Sunday morning

    Activated, filled and sent

Led by Justin Dewing · Elijah Fishbaugh

Day 3 starts early, with the daily routine you built on Saturday, run before the final session. Then the room shifts: a fresh encounter with God, the Holy Spirit filling what has been emptied, spiritual gifts activated, and every man commissioned and sent.

    What the day is for

    • Discipline that sticks
    • Filled with the Holy Spirit
    • Spiritual gifts activated
    • Commissioned and sent
