This policy explains what information Firebrand Initiative LLC (“Firebrand”, “we”) collects through firebrandinitiative.com and the forms it links to, and what we do with it. Questions: info@firebrandinitiative.com.

This website

This website has no forms and no accounts. It doesn’t use advertising cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and the pages requested) to run and protect the site.

Applications and bookings

The mentorship and Intensive applications, and the call booking calendar, are hosted on Firebrand’s application system at power.firebrandinitiative.com and www.impact.firebrandinitiative.com. When you fill one in, we collect what you choose to give us: typically your name, email, phone number, city and state, and your answers to the questions.

We use it to review your application and to contact you about it. Justin Dewing reads every application. We don’t sell your information.

Text messages

If you check the consent box on a form, we may text you reminders and updates about appointments, calls or events you have scheduled with us. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Videos

Our videos are hosted on YouTube. On most pages a video loads from YouTube only when you press play; on individual story pages the player is embedded. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to the player.

The community

The Firebrand community runs on Skool. When you request to join, Skool asks the questions we set (why you’re joining, your email and your phone number) and shares your answers with us. Skool’s privacy policy applies to your Skool account.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@firebrandinitiative.com.
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

Children

Firebrand is for adult men. This website and our programs aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
