Long (110 words)
Justin Dewing is the founder of Firebrand Initiative, a Christ-centered mentorship and discipleship movement for men based in Mesa, Arizona. In 2017, on a mountaintop, Justin was radically encountered by God and set free from drugs, cigarettes, alcohol and pornography. He sold his business to pursue this work full-time. Today he mentors men in Firebrand’s Group, 1-on-1 and Business Mentorship, reads every application himself, and leads the Firebrand Intensive, a three-day, in-person summit for Christian men held every month in Paradise Valley, Arizona. His approach is built on the FIRE Framework (Faith, Identity, Resilience, Execution) and on one rule: Jesus transforms; Firebrand equips. Justin is a husband and a father.
How to write the name
