The FIRE
Framework.
The FIRE Framework is how Firebrand Initiative trains Christian men. It has four parts, in order: Faith as the foundation, Identity anchored in Christ, Resilience to endure and overcome, and Execution that turns discipline into action. Faith comes first, because everything else is built on it.
Part 1 of 4
Faith as the
foundation
A living relationship with Jesus Christ that every thought, decision and action flows from.
Without fire in your faith, everything crumbles. Faith is the unshakable ground you stand on: not religion, but a living, burning relationship with Jesus Christ. Every thought, every decision, every action flows from Him.

Part 2 of 4
Identity anchored in
Christ
Knowing who you are in Christ: a son, a warrior, a leader, a protector.
Know who you are, and the world can’t tell you who to be. Identity is the fire in your core, no longer lost, wandering or defined by failures. In Christ, you are a son, a warrior, a leader, a protector. That anchor makes you unmovable.

Part 3 of 4
Resilience to endure and
overcome
The grit to keep standing when the heat rises, forged through trials.
When the heat rises, true warriors don’t break, they burn brighter. Resilience is the fire in your spirit that refuses to quit. It’s grit forged through trials, scars that become strength, and the discipline to keep standing when others fall.

Part 4 of 4
Execution that turns discipline into
action
Bold action taken daily: not talk, not theory.
Fire without movement burns out; fire with direction changes the world. Execution is the fire in your hands and feet. It’s not talk, not theory, but bold action taken daily. Discipline becomes transformation when it’s carried out with precision and power.

Why the order matters
Faith
first.
Most coaches sprinkle Jesus on top. We build everything on Him.
Discipline without faith is willpower, and willpower runs out. Identity comes from what God says about you, not from what you produce. Resilience is what that identity looks like under heat. Execution is the proof: faith carried out daily until it becomes a life. Jesus transforms. Firebrand equips.
