What’s up, guys? Justin here, Firebrand Initiative. I’ve got my good brother CJ with us today.
Just going to share some testimony of what God’s done in his life here in the last couple months and since joining Firebrand, how he’s transformed and life has been different.
So, CJ, just real quick and easy, man. Just walk us through. Where were you before Firebrand? What were some things that you were struggling with before you got here?
I would say the best way to describe that is really searching for the truth and my real identity in God. And really, I would say I was at a place of wandering and just feeling lost and wanting to know what God really said about my life.
Yeah. Yeah, that’s, I mean, that’s a lot of men, right? Just kind of an identity spot of, you know, what’s my calling? What does God say about me, right, as an individual? Yeah, man, that’s good.
So now that you’ve been in, you know, for several months and you’ve seen some transformation and things are starting to change in your life, like walk us through where you’re at now.
Yeah, I would say no longer am I concerned of being in the world, but also I can be in God’s kingdom.
And I would say I really was able to focus on my identity in God and having full faith of the value and the worth that I have in the sight of Jesus and what he says about my life and not what the world says about my life.
And I feel this sense of relief in this calmness and stillness in the presence of God and being able to have his spirit fill me and actually fill me.
And I feel like there was almost this clouded vision over my life of not being able to hear his voice.
And I feel like we were able to uncover that. And now I’m actually able to have a relationship and have clear communication with God because we were able to break the barriers that I was living under.
